The other day, Cindy Crawford was pictured in a bikini that sent the Twitter to frenzy. Not a person short of drama, she took to her Instagram account to show off her incredibly toned abs and legs.
It was really incredible! Many fans were left wondering if it was same Cindy they knew. For some days while wearing a maroon bikini and sun hat, she showed age is just a number and does not affect how she feels inside. No doubt, the 53-year-old mom of two is having the fun she craves by enjoying most of all the summer has to offer her.
On Twitter and other social media platforms, there have been constant criticisms with some saying she is old to be wearing a bikini at 53 and posting the same on her Instagram. Some other people, however, do not see anything wrong in her wearing a bikini. She is not old for such, they believe.
Giving a reason for her high taste at her present age, Cindy said she likes doing cardio regularly, and loves to go for strength training. No wonder, her skin looks smooth and radiant in the photoshoot.
Can anyone do 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week? Cindy does this without issue. What some people do not know is that this is one of her secrets to living an amazing life. Doing a cardio anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour has been of great help to her and if you want to be like Crawford, why not try out old school lunges, weights, squats, and bicep curls and see what your body and skin will look like within weeks?
Interestingly, she learned it some 30 years ago and every week, she tries to go on a hike with a friend so she could combine exercise and girlfriend time which is really enjoyable!
